If you pay us by credit card or debit card we will take payment from you card immediately.<\/li><li>We may contact you should any problems occur with the authorisation of your payment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"cancellation-refund-policy\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to reassure customers regarding our policy on refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients may cancel any order, other than training &amp; coaching, in advance of any works actually beginning. A full refund, with a zero cancellation charge will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any works to be billed at daily \/ hourly rate  that have begun will be invoiced at the usual daily \/ hourly rate for all times already spend on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any fixed price projects other than training\/coaching, that are cancelled before the project is completed will be billed at a pro-rata basis.
