Meet our team
Tony Geraghty
Tony is our CEO, and has been helping operations and sales teams dramatically increase performance for over ten years. Before helping others through Digital Doors, he established and grew successful businesses in media, pharma, software and corporate services.
He firmly believes that digital technologies, and in particular an easy to use Sales CRM system makes the sales professional ‘s life so much easier, reducing stress, increasing efficiency, and performing many repetitive tasks automatically. A modern CRM allows a sales manager to predict, coach and plan effectively – and see what is going on.
Useless fact: Tony once audited an electronic voting system that as being introduced in Ireland, after it had been purchased. The audit found the voting system was rubbish, and it was send to a recycling centre.
The Irish government wasted almost €60 million on the experiment.
Sofie
Sofie is our data cleaning expert. She ensures all your data is in the right format for migration. Her favourite musician is Pink, but it’s not her favourite colour.
Seán (An old picture)
Seán looks after our onboarding process for new customers, and also oversees the accounts inwards department. If you don’t pay your bill, Seán sends the heavies round. His favourite food is ketchup.
Fran
Fran is our migration expert. She plans for and helps our customer move from one system to another. Fran’s favourite activity is potholing (exploring caves).
Maria
Maria looks after our HR and contractors agreements. She also manages our small outsourcing team. Maria plays the clarinet.
Andy
Andy is our digitisation and database expert. There is no system he cannot interrogate (he claims). Andy’s favourite TV series is Breaking Bad.
Neil
Neil is part of our sales coaching team, ensuring our solutions are adaptable to individual sales professionals, and helping those professionals be the best they can. Neil build his first business from scratch, and sold it for €12 million before he was 25 years of age.
Toms
Toms works on our programming team. Toms has played golf in 28 countries. And yes, Toms is Andy’s brother.
Alex
Alex looks after our marketing, and is a big fan of Google, and has visited their headquarters in California. Alex is allergic to leather.
Stuart
Stuart is a magician at API and integrations. He makes sure our customer’s different systems talk to each other. Stuart owns a horse called Puddle.
Patrick
Patrick is a member of our sales coaching team, ensuring our solutions are adaptable to individual sales professionals, and helping those professionals be the best they can. Patrick has never flown on an aeroplane, and claims he never will! He doesn’t mind boats though.
Bartek
Bartek works on our programming team. Bartek is also an actor, and has appeared in 4 movies. Luckily for us, he hasn’t given up the day job yet.
