Payments & Refund Policy


Website Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made by any major prepay, credit or debit card via Stripe.
  • We accept the following card payment methods through our Payment Service Provider (PSP) Stripe: MasterCard, American Express & VISA.
  • By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your prepay/debit/credit card .
  • You must pay 100% of the price of the product/s or service/s in advance. If you pay us by credit card or debit card we will take payment from you card immediately.
  • We may contact you should any problems occur with the authorisation of your payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We would like to reassure customers regarding our policy on refunds.

Clients may cancel any order, other than training & coaching, in advance of any works actually beginning. A full refund, with a zero cancellation charge will apply.

Any works to be billed at daily / hourly rate that have begun will be invoiced at the usual daily / hourly rate for all times already spend on the project.

Any fixed price projects other than training/coaching, that are cancelled before the project is completed will be billed at a pro-rata basis. We aim to be flexible, accommodating and reasonable in our dealings on billings, cancellations and refunds.
